Slammed

It must be the season. I'm slammed! Buried. But it's interesting that I'm not feeling overwhelmed. I've just been doing what I can and the rest can wait. Like blogging. I have every intention to get back into the swing of things. But for now, I've got no guilt for doing what I can to stay sane.

Amen, sister! That's right! :)

This morning, we somehow managed to get all of our morning routine (including getting the trash out!) completed, and had about ten minutes to sit down, drink coffee, and talk... I had been struck last night by the idea that Tyler is now this little person who is so capable of doing so much... So hard to believe that we made him, and now he can do so much... Even things like walking into the bathroom, turning the light on, putting the seat up before using the toilet... It just amazes me... And this morning, even though we, too, are "slammed", it was wonderful to get a few minutes to reflect together... May you have moments like that this season... Love you...
